Key West Fishing
Report Date: October 17, 2004
Greetings from the island of beautiful Key West. October is upon us and so are the cooler evenings. It a nice change to wear a jacket out on the water in the morning. We have just had our first cold front over the weekend so our weather yet again has been a bit unsettled. However, there where plenty of schools of Bonefish around. I did also see a few more Barracuda due to the drop in water temperature. Tarpon have thinned out a bit, but I suspect that they will be around once the wind direction shifts back to the southeast. And yes those damn Permit are still around, and I will keep poling from dusk till dawn to find em? and catch em?
Give me a call and we?ll get you out fishing.
